My wife, Lynn and I met Barry when we decided to buy a seasonal home in Scottsdale. We have visited Scottsdale many times but didn’t know anything about the housing market and the local communities. His patience would be further challenged by the fact that Lynn is very particular. We have built every house we have lived in because she could never find a resale that was acceptable. But we didn’t want to build again.
Barry took us to see dozens of houses and his knowledge, patience and professionalism was amazing. Most noteworthy was his honesty and integrity. Instead of just trying to close a quick sale he made sure that we knew what we were getting into. He would point out aspects of a house or neighborhood that we weren’t even thinking about, but surely would have been disappointed with after the sale. We eventually settled on a home in Desert Highlands and love everything about it.
Shortly after contract acceptance we had to return to our primary residence in Cincinnati and handle closing remotely. Barry made it the easiest real estate closing I have ever experienced. He performed the final walk through, took possession of the house, recommended remolding contractors and provided them with access to the house, and made sure everything went smoothly when we couldn’t be there. We couldn’t have done it without him.
